My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary, and we were really disappointed with the experience — especially considering how much we spent hoping for a relaxing getaway. To start with the positives: the staff was polite and welcoming, the restaurant food was excellent, and the hotel itself was clean and nicely maintained. Unfortunately, the issues with our room completely overshadowed those good points. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and by morning we were both drenched in sweat. The bed was so hard it was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the jacuzzi tub — one of the main reasons we booked the room — was difficult to turn on and even harder to turn off once we finally got it working. On top of that, the incidental hold on our account was actually higher than the price of our stay, which felt excessive and frustrating. It’s really disappointing that what was supposed to be a special anniversary trip ended up being so uncomfortable. With the high cost and number of issues we experienced, I can’t say this stay was worth it.

You feel SO welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Chloe was delightful and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you could need. The bed is just perfect with high quality bedding. Definitely woth the price!
