All good!

For the price of this hotel you would expect that there would be a small coffee shop, or at least a small convenience type store or vending machine in the lobby to grab some food since there is no food within walking distance. We specifically called at 1 to ask if we would be able to check in at 2 which they said yes. We got there at 2:20 and the person at the front desk said that there wasn’t anything available and that they didn’t know when one would be. Everything is supposed to be super sanitized but we found a coffee stain on the napkin on the little coffee serving tray in the hotel room as if it was dirty from the previous occupant as well as some dried grains of rice on the floor. If this hotel was $100 a night I would understand but not for almost double. The room itself wasn’t terrible but I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was necessary.

Very pretty hotel and great service. We stayed for the weekend and invited a couple for lunch. The service and the food were very good. Even though we stayed for several hours in the restaurant, the waiters were always very kind and helpful. Great hotel for a relaxed weekend.

Room was nice and the staff was great. Other than the loud mechanical noise in our room our stay was near perfect.

I think that $6.00 for a bottle of domestic beer is a bit pricey! Being my own next time.

Pretty average Hilton aside from the rather grand exterior. My pillowcases smelled as if someone else had already slept on them, which I found troubling.

Checked in very late sheets dirty Called desk & housekeeping changed Room needs thorough cleaning

The room was never cleaned before 3pm and we had to ask to have it cleaned on three occasions otherwise who knows what time it would've been done! The garbage wasn't emptied one day, there was garbage on the floor so it had not been vacuumed, they didn't replace the cups for coffee and one maid talked our ears off about politics! When I made the reservations I requested a fridge. When I arrived they assured me it was all set up and ready to go. When I got into my room, NO Fridge so I had to call and wait for one to be delivered. One day after the maid was done there was an odd odor in the room that smelled like she had used an old cloth to clean with and left us with a moldy smell for the night! I expect this poor service at cheaper hotels/motels, not The Hilton!!!

Hotel was lovely. We stayed 2 nights to visit family in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-appointed. We ate 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts in the restaurant-- very nice, not cheap, but very nice. We will stay again!

The staff was welcoming, helpful & very friendly. Would have liked a small store to buy souvenirs at the hotel.

Very cozy, quiet, relaxing. And very clean. My wife and just needed a get away from the noisy city. It's our first time, but definitely would stay at a Hilton hotel again.

My girlfriend and I decided to stay here after going to a comedy show nearby. The Hilton was great in its service, the rooms were spot on, and the hotel and pool were phenomenal. Room service was quick and the food exceptional. My only gripe with the Hilton Pearl River is that a lot of weddings/parties happen there and they are sometimes so booked that you can't get a late check out. That was quite disappointing to me.

very relaxing and quiet. Beautiful setting

Had to switch rooms three times. Heater sounded like outboard motor. Second room was connected to another room and door would not lock. Bobby pins on floor, dirty cups with someone elses water. Card key had to be rekeyed 5 times, could not get into room. Went to use elevator, which would not move. elevators had to be reprogrammed. Halls are freezing. The staff to their credit were very nice and responded immediately to my concerns.
