The coffee in the room was terrible! No tea was available. The wait in the restaurant was long and the order was incomplete. The chicken sandwich was raw and the waitress removed it from the bill

Pool looked very dated with rusty areas on the bottom. Therefore we decided against swimming in it. Rugs in the room were dirty and not vacuumed well enough. There were bobby pins on the floor. Fridge smelled. Staff was friendly

The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. The pool we wouldn’t swim in because there were huge rust spots in several areas. There was no parking. We had to park away and walk in the dark to get to it. There was a dog in a few rooms over that kept barking.

Nice hotel, but a little tricky to find from the highway. You need to go in via a Hampton Inn and wend your way. It's not the end of the world.But a more prominent sign from the street would be helpful.

Staff was professional and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean! Well stocked, toiletries good and smell nice :). Location is very convenient, next to highway exit. My only constructive criticism is they need to change the carpets throughout. Hallways and elevators look old because of this. The rest of the hotel is clean, looks updated. I would stay there again :)
