Traveling with my wife and 2 children. Our room was disgusting. Big circular stain on the bed sheet, pubic and head hair on the pillows and sheets. The room was not acceptable by any means, especially for $150+ per night. The hotel was filthy and smelled. Originally booked 2 nights. We arrived at 12:00am after 13 hour drive and left immediately in the morning to stay at another hotel. Will be requesting a refund for both nights. The hotel needs a serious remodel!!

Very welcoming atmosphere, the minute we walk in the building the smell was fresh all decorated for Christmas very beautiful, room was clean, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was great but the hot tub was closed, the pool looked unappealing with a rusty broken liner, and the fluorescent lighting in my room and throughout the hotel was annoying. Way overpriced more like a motel than a hotel. And while my breakfast was comped due to the hot tub being closed it was inedible…. It would have been nearly $20 for French toast - no meat or eggs - if it wasn’t comped.

Group had a huge party on the first floor and we could hear music all night. Then about 3 am they went to their rooms on our floor (2nd) and carried on until 5 am,Screaming, hollering, just being loud. We called the front desk but they seemed to show little interest in having them quiet down. Very long night, with little to no sleep

The bathtub was disgusting. There was visible dirt on the bottom, and rust or mold on the side from the shower curtain. There were also stains on the pillow cases and sheets. Overall it just didn't feel clean at all. Housekeeping never came to our room and when we asked for towels in the hallway, she just said no she didn't have them.
