We stayed for one night only, but this is the worst experience that we had up to that point. The room is simply dirty and smelly, we did not use the bedding at all for fear of bed bugs. When checking in the clerk did not tell us clearly where our room is located and we ended up carrying our luggage up and down the stairs twice to locate our room at building 3. The room furniture is dirty and collapsing. Cannot believe the owner of this place keeps this property this bad! Strangely I saw many fave-star reviews elsewhere, wondering how the property operator find time to write those fake reviews, while totally ignored the condition and service level of this hotel. Shameful and despicable!

I had to cancel early my reservation due to a family emergency and I only slept one night.
Room was never cleaned or vacuumed or wiped There’s dust everywhere carpet has dirt on it and crumbs and stuff bathroom faucet leaking bathroom old and ugly and worst of all WE PAID $150 for the jacuzzi and it’s messed up it’s buttons are gone it has missing pieces I RECOMMEND DONT COME TO THIS PLACE they lie to you in the pictures it’s when they first built it otherwise I swear it’s stinky and ugly it’s like living in an old nasty basement They also don’t have enough infant beds
There were cigarette burns in the bedding, rug, and sink; the sink was broken and crumbling, the toilet was missing a lid and was broken, the tile was cracked and crumbling, the rug was stained, all the chairs were stained and dirty, the frame on the wall was broken, the whole placed stank like old cigarette smoke, there were old mattresses in the hallway for our entire stay, the bedding was stained &/or dirty

It was just a place to sleep but overall it was good
That is convenient location for my stay, I found it pretty good for its price. Generous size rooms, pretty clean. New faces on the reception are better then one nasty guy I saw before. Columbian restaurant in 100 ft distance is a plus.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN WORST !!!!!!! Me and my girlfriend just wanted a room so we can just relax for the next few days before going back to work. When we got there the room was a mess and the light didn't work at all, the TV volume didn' t work also and it sucked because the TV was to loud. Also the house keeper just opens the door before knocking on the door.
Housekeeper offeted to help me with my luggage to my room.The breakfast was good although I wish they had french toast. The room was very clean and there was plenty of pilliows on the bed which I appreciated.I loved the reading light over the bed.I enjpyed my stay very much.
I stayed in this hotel after getting eye surgery. The staff was very helpful and patient, the room was in great shape and very clean. I am not sure why this hotel has such a low rating I would be happy to stay there again.
