I stay here often. It only adds 5 minutes to the trip between Boston and DC, makes a convenient stopping place, and is always clean comfortably, and has friendly employees. The price, in general, is good, though has some variability and it's worth the slightly higher amounts when it goes up for the consistency.

Hotel booked and full with only 1 elevator working, ice machine nor working on floors other than 1st. The outside area is nice but not clean and no cushions on furniture. We have stayed here before and were disappointed in the current conditions. The cheap microwave that is for everyone to use is sad and for that type just put them in all the rooms. Our TV had parental locks and nobody knew the codes. We were told on the second day there was an update so they didn't get told the code and that was after calling the front desk 2 times and neither code we were given worked. The bed is comfortable, water is hot and staff friendly.

The hotel seems to run on bare minimum services of any type although they charge as much as the name brand hotels in the area. I would rather stay at a Hilton or Marriott since in the past few times I have stayed at this location the standards seemed to have slipped.

A very basic facility, clean yes, but without any amenities really, such as any art on the walls. Coffee supplies were not immediately available one morning. Breakfast foods were available, made to order in a limited menu, that was not included in the room charge, but reasonably priced.

We were booked and confirmed for 2 double beds and said all they had was a king room which didn’t work for 4 people. Front desk staff were not helpful and ruined our expensive stay, wouldnt even offer is a pull out bed. Only thing they would offer is a cancellation which didnt work because there were no alternatives at the late hour.

For some reason I always come back to this property. Amenities are convenient, sometime you just need water or a snack or a beer and it’s all there in the lobby. Pet friendly and you can workout in each room. The only thing I wish they would address is the air conditioner and where it blows. Right beside the one bed and can get a bit annoying. Overall I always like coming back to this property, and am satisfied.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, our room was very clean, which we greatly appreciated. However, there were some significant issues that made our stay less comfortable. The lack of a microwave in the room was a major inconvenience, and we also had problems with the elevators. They were not working correctly, and we experienced very long waits. Additionally, the hotel bar did not look clean, which was off-putting. These issues made our overall stay feel only mediocre.
