I found a dirty used needle in my room. When I addressed to the staff about it, they barely even wanted to give me a refund. They gave me $50. I could’ve stepped on it and got sick. Absolutely disgusting.

I needed a last minute accommodation near Westport and I was able to book this last minute on Expedia. It wasn't anything glamorous but for the price gets the job done, its clean, quiet and in a safe area and lots of amenities walking distance.

The toilet flap was leaking and every 5 minutes the valve would open to refill the tank making noise all night long. At 3 AM upper neighbor kept making noises, like dropping his boots,keeping me awake for about 1 hour.

We were on the ground floor. Upstairs neighbor was up all night partying and refused to be quiet. Didn't get much sleep due to this.

Just ok

Easy checkin and checkout. The whole facility is quite dated and in need of updating. Although breakfast was advertised, no breakfast was available on any day. Free coffee was good though. Toilet didn't flush well. Bathroom was still dirty with spots and hand prints on the wall over the toilet and behind doors. Soap dispensers in the shower didn't work well. Bath towels were rather undersized. Burn holes in bed sheets and blankets. Cheap ice buckets with no lids. Utility room (where ice machine is) is filthy. 2nd night of our stay (room 106 on first floor) some people upstairs were stomping around in the room above us and sounded like they were moving furniture around and moving bodies until after midnight! Overall, an ok place for a stopover but definitely a far cry from 4 or 5 stars. You get what you pay for. This is one of the least expensive inns in the area.
