Spent over 100$ for one night with a heater that only worked on low( it was 10 degrees out) and no hot water. We couldn't get warm! Thought we would sit in the hot tub or go in the pool, since I had my young son. Both are out of order. The next morning most of the food items are empty, even checking back multible times. I went to the desk to talk about the issues per the sign saying "let us know." I was totally ignored and finally walked away since they had no intention of doing anything but ignoring my issues or arguing with me that's just how it is...well we run out of hot water when we have this many people! We run out of food when we feed this many people. Thanks but I over paid a ton for the old run down room before the issues. Now I don't get basic heat or hot water, food, or pool/hot tub amenities, and treated very rudely when I do what the sign at the front desk tells me to do, ie express the issues I had with the stay. They will make it right?!?!? Arguing like I did something wrong, that's how it is, then carrying on a conversation with the other employees while pretending I don't exist while I am standing there staring at all three employees.

We stayed here a few years ago and it is much improved. The halls have obviously been recently upgraded, and the hallway walls, lights, and carpets are all fresh and bright. The room carpet, furnishings, tub surround, and linens all felt new, too. There are still a few dings and dents on the hardware and doors, regular wear and tear for a place that’s been here 20+ years. Our door latch needed to be deliberately pushed “home” to function, and the safety bolt was coming loose. The exterior back door did not lock. This is my hometown and I know the neighborhood, so it was only a minor inconvenience to me, not a dealbreaker. The staff was pleasant and friendly to us, but frequently found on the phone having harried conversations about staffing or computer issues. They seemed a bit overwrought and short tempered with each other, and it made asking questions or reporting issues a bit uncomfortable.

I recently returned from a month long trip, staying in numerous Quality Inns. This one is in need of work. The room was dated. What concerned me most was the woman who checked us in. The previous customer had a disagreement with her over the cleanliness of his room. She proceeded to bad mouth both the owner and the housekeeping staff to us.It was very unprofessional.

Not impressed. door to room very hard to open, my wife could hardly open it. desk chair leans to the left. other chair in room had a broken arm went to get up and it almost fell off . the room smelled.

he first room they checked me into had dangling wires in place of the fire alarm and smelled of tobacco smoke. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone was not working. Two important safety issues to start, especially as fire alarms are most helpful to alert guests of fires in other rooms, not necessarily their own, and one missing is a likely sign that more are missing or not working. This was after they had my reservation screwed up and it took 10 minutes to check in. They sent me to a second room but it also reeked of tobacco smoke. After another 10 minute wait, a new front desk employee told me she would “make it right”. I said I wanted me money refunded, but she said she could not do so as it was booked through a third party. I know it is possible to do so, however, as a visible note to employees said they were not allowed to refund third party reservations. That means it is possible, it is just this unQuality Inn’s policy not to do so, probably because the rooms are not nearly as nice as pictured and my guess is they have had many complaints. They said I had to contact my third party reservation source, who told me they could only refund me if the hotel agreed. Well the hotel did not agreed. After getting a much nicer room at the same price at the Grandstay across the street, I went back and asked to speak to the general manager, they told me she was not there. I asked if she had a home phone, they said no. I asked about a cell phone, they said yes, I said come on, that’s basically the same thing and they told me there were important differences. Only stay here if you like fire hazards and snarky front desk employees.

Have stayed at numerous quality inns through the years. Stayed here 1 night. The breakfast area was not as good as alot of other quality inns. The outside looked older but may have been renovated. The staff were pretty friendly. I would rank this as one of the worst quality inns we have stayed out but it was still serviceable and okay.

We stayed at the hotel across the highway and could only handle one night. So we switch to this hotel and what a difference. Breakfast was hot and plenty. Rooms where food to go and the ax worked well. Since I work outside all day in the head this was nice. Didn't get a chance to take a dip in the pool but will next time. Good walking distance to some good food and a nice cozy little bar

The place is in need of a super heavy duty cleaning. The bed cover has stained. The bathroom floor looked like it hasn't ever been cleaned and the shower would not drain nothing like standing in a tub full of water while taking a shower. It's nasty. Toilet was plugged so I plunged that. No elevator (if that matters). I'm not planning to stay here again

The hotel and room were okay. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was just a step up from continental. But the hotel was clean. Several work crews were staying there so the breakfast area was very full.

We stay here each year while passing through on I-90 and have always been pleased. Very conveniently located to I-90. Rooms are comfortable, tv channel and wifi are fine. The complimentary breakfast has some hot items that were tasty. Nothing fancy here, just comfortable at a good price. It always meets our needs for a traveling overnight!
