I had zero problems with this stay. Highly recommend it. I was glad that the AC/heating system was quiet and consistent so not to bother my sleep, often that is a problem in hotels. The free breakfast was quite good as well. Front desk very nice people.

Nice place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Front Royal. They provided a gift for our puppy which was unexpected (although the charge for having her with us was more than most hotels we have stayed in this year). The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was ok - they were running out of items (oatmeal) but worked hard to restock. It was Labor Day weekend, after all. Front Royal is a cool town to visit. We may be back and explore more. We would stay here again.

It was clean and quiet, a nice place for an extra long weekend away. They allow pets, which is nice for those of us who can't leave their babies with fur at home. They do have a pool, although a bit on the small side and it was a little chilly for an indoor pool. It also is in a great location, I think for vacationing in Front Royal. The room we had was very large, plenty of space, the bathroom was large was well. It was a very nice, beautiful, clean space to spend our time in away from home. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. I did have to keep going and asking for things, the wifi password, a doggie package that I was supposed to get upon arrival with a placard for the door, kleenex, tp, and when a lightbulb blew, I said oh well. Lol most places give you all the info right out the gate, not this one. It was like they wanted keep secrets. Then they bombarded me with texts asking how I was liking it. Didnt make much sense to me. Beautiful place, smelled the breakfast every morning, never made it to one tho, my husband said it was good. We both liked it here and will probably stay here again when we come back to Front Royal.

Excellent hotel, spotty wifi

The employee at check-in was welcoming, friendly, and helpful; the room was clean and quiet. This was an excellent Hampton experience. The wifi with the free Hilton Honors login was sub-par, which put a damper on my ability to work during my stay.

Every step of the way - from booking to checking in early - was easy and swift. The front desk agent was knowledgeable and very friendly. The renovations look amazing and my room was immaculate. The next time I visit back home, I plan on staying here!
