Enjoy your time at the beach in this immaculate, well maintained 2nd floor condo unit. Two bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Master has comfortable, high-quality mattress.
2nd bedroom has twin beds with high quality mattresses. Carpet in bedrooms only. Our unit is comfortably furnished and is a "bump out" unit with direct ocean view from the master bedroom and deck. Beach is just steps away! Condo has 3 flat screen TVs with DVD players and an assortment of DVDs as well as cable and FREE Wi-Fi! Kitchen well stocked! Assigned parking space. Outdoor shower as you walk off the beach. Grill and picnic tables. Beautiful swimming pool! Pier and Boardwalk are within walking distance Fort Fisher museum and aquarium just minutes away! Visit downtown Wilmington to see local vendor crafts, foods, battleship and the beautiful riverfront

Host was very nice and responded very quickly, had some issues and host did offer to take care of. Everything was very clean except a few stains on couch and mattress protector. There was also musty smell in one of the bedrooms but other than that it was fine for what we needed.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time on our trip! Condo was clean, great view from the porch, and just a short walk to the beach. Fun restaurants close by, including Britt’s donuts (a must!) and a great coffee & breakfast shop a block away. Lori was super friendly, quick to respond, and check-in and out was a breeze! We had a nice stay at Lori’s condo. The beach view was beautiful, the pool was easy to access, and communication with Lori was smooth and timely throughout.The condo was overall clean—nothing alarmingly dirty or messy—which we appreciated. One area of improvement would be the living room furniture, which felt quite worn and dated. For the price point, having more updated or well-maintained furnishings would have made the space feel more comfortable.A heads-up to future guests: towels and bed linens aren’t included unless you pay an extra laundry fee. This wasn’t mentioned in the Vrbo listing itself, only in the rental agreement sent after booking. It would be helpful if that detail were stated upfront to avoid surprises.We’re repeat visitors to the Carolina Beach area and always enjoy trying a new place to stay each time. This condo was in a good location—about a 10-minute walk to the main boardwalk, which made it convenient without being in the middle of the busier areas. Carolina Beach continues to be a favorite for its laid-back charm, great food spots, and family-friendly atmosphere.All in all, we enjoyed our time and would potentially consider coming back after some furnishing upgrades are made..

The location was perfect! I loved that the beach access is at the back of the parking lot. The kitchen was fully stocked. The closet had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for kids. Lori is so easy to talk with and responds quickly. They have created a very nice and inviting place to stay.

April Visit from NY

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay in Carolina Beach. Convenient to everything, but quiet and family friendly. A super short walk to the beach made morning walks and beach time beyond easy! The condo was equipped with essentials, including chairs and sand toys! We could see and hear the ocean and the morning breeze and sunrise was wonderful. We visited in mid-April so the pool was not yet open, and the town wasn’t packed with tourists. Lori was easily accessible and responded to all inquires quickly. She was flexible and kind. We will definitely be back!
