Very nice place to stay very clean room service great.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Significant repairs were needed in our room. The internet was very slow and the pool was closed. It was a good value, but not the best experience.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a hotel. I traveled with four children and found out upon arrival that the toilet in our room did not properly flush. I notified the front desk and they said they would contact maintenance. At 10 pm I gave up hope with maintenance. Was told the manager would be in at 9:30 the next morning, he wasn’t, was then told noon, he wasn’t. I left my name and number for him to call and two days later I was calling to follow up. He said he couldn’t do anything because I booked thru orbitz. So I call orbitz and they contacted the manager and he says he can only offer 10% back for the inconvenience, that equates to $11. I was offered $11 for having a room with no operating toilet. $11 for taking my kids to the lobby bathroom every time they had to potty. I guess I should’ve let them fill the toilet up. The pool was also closed which sucks when picking a hotel specifically because they have an indoor pool. The manager, Nisarg Patel, is a coward and does not deserve your patronage.

Rooms are really run-down and worn-out. Phones didn’t work, door didn’t lock, etc. I would not stay here again.

2 night stay. Had to change room after the 1st night due to no hot water pressure at all. 2nd nights stay had just enough pressure to come out of shower head...but water was not hot at all. Staff said Plumber had been working on it for 2 days. Should have notified us. We would have acquired lodging else where. Indoor pool was open but water was so cloudy you could hardly see the bottom. Wife left her Pajamas in 1st room after we relocated to floor below. Staff opened room up which was not re-rented out. No Pajamas. Not brought down to front desk either. Guess someone needed them worse than my wife. We will stay here again after assurance all is working prior to...and some type of inconvenience credit is offered.

The indoor pool was closed due to mechanical issues off and on the whole trip. Breakfast bar was empty most mornings and there was no hot water for showers or baths.

We found a dirty wash cloth (not hotel white) between the bed and the night table, my wife restocked the plates and plastic flatware at breakfast by going through cabinets because there were none out, another guest went out and bought milk and shared with others because they had no milk at breakfast. The staff seemed to not notice or care. Maybe they just didn't see it all happening around them?

The carpet was stained.. walls were dirty.. the tub was clogged so the water was not going down. Check out was at 12pm yet I got a knock on my door a 9am— I am not a morning person so that really pissed me off. When I checked in there was a 20min wait. I will never book this room raver again

My family had two rooms for a two night stay. In both rooms the toilets had flashing problem. Housekeeping was poor, we had to involve front desk to get most basic stuff such as soap, lotion and wash clothes. The general cleanliness of the rooms was okay. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Just like the other guest who said earlier in his/her review that his/her room had roaches, one of our rooms had roaches too.

Overall cleanliness was less than satisfactory. We have been here several times over the past 3 years and the quality has decreased every year. They originally gave my family an accessible room when it should have been used for someone who needs it. The next room had sheets that have seen better days. The ac unit literally sounded like a jet plane taking off and then leveling off. Then when the unit shut off it landed. Terrible nights sleep. Sad to say we will not be coming back again. Good restaurants and shopping nearby.

Overall it was ok. Our room looked like it had not been cleaned. I had finished a little snack while sitting in bed. A few minutes later, out the corner of my eye, I saw something move. When I looked it was a cockroach trying to clean up the crumbs in the wrapper I laid down. Let's just say I freaked out. I tried to kill it but it got away. We moved the night stand trying to find it. that's when we found trail mix pieces on the carpet along the bed frame. We cleaned that up and never saw the cockroach again.

Hot tub cleanliness could have been better. It looked like dirt floating once it was turned on.

I liked the location. The breakfast was exceptional, it was well stocked, and a nice variety to choose from. I choose this property because it fit my budget and it was in the area I was looking at with the amenities I wanted. However, I was very disappointed to see the nasty dirt ring and the floating dirty foam in the Hot tub/Jacuzzi. Just think I had been waiting all day to get there. I was DISAPPOINTED to say the least

I enjoyed my stay at this property, Staff was very helpful.
