Two maintenance issues I'd like you to pass on: The bathtub drain needs to be cleaned out. It drains slow so you end up standing in a couple inches of water. Also the toilet seat is loose. It needs to be tightened up.

Great Hotel!

My daughter and I stayed for three nights and loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Decent variety of breakfast food. The location was very close to Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington, which is what we were there for. We will definitely be staying again!

Parking lot is shared with a trucking company or other vehicle company. Wasn’t sure where to park for the hotel vs being on the property of a company. Decently cleaned hotel. Could have been better. There was hair on the side of the toilet closest to the tub so obviously when the bathroom was cleaned, it wasn’t done properly.

I found some bugs in my room, not a lot but there was a few. It was noisy at night and the parking spaces were too small. The cars fit but no room to open doors.

The Inn was in need of repair in the elevators. Tiles had come up off the floor. Wear & tear was evident. We had very little sleep becaue of rude & disrespectful travelers who were slamming doors, talking loudly & kids running up & down the hall until midnight. We would not choose this location again.
