Property was horrible...housekeeping was horrible, no smoke detector in the room, curtains broken and hanging, mold on shwer curtain and tub bottom....$126 for the night, feel like it should have came with tetnis shot!

I didn't like any part of the property

The hotel details list that there is complimentary, continental breakfast offered. This is not accurate. There also is no pool, though it is listed on the reservation page. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, but our reservation details were ignored and we were given a standard room, where 2 members of our family had to sleep on the floor. The staff was friendly, but did not correct the situation or offer even a partial refund. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our room had a broken window and the entire place smelled very strongly of Indian food. I will say that it was clean because we wiped down all the surfaces as soon as we got in the room (no rona coming our way!) but first we had to walk past the pool and... wow. It’s a half indoor half outdoor pool and the water was GREEN! If they’re going to leave it in such horrible condition they should cover the windows so we can’t see it! Very poor impression for a lackluster hotel.

The suite was like an apartment. Although, there are no elevators. I have a slight disability.

The toilet was left un-flushed...2 towels...no washclothes or any other towels...extremely dirty room!

This hotel is a disaster. The room itself was ok. But from there it was nothing but awful. Let's start with breakfast. Oatmeal and cereal. A few oranges and boxed juice. That's it. No bread, bagels, yogurt, eggs or anything. When we inquired at the front desk, they said that the health department wouldn't let them serve anything else. Our room was not made up between day one and day two. No beds were made, no new towels. Supposedly the maid had an emergency and had to leave. The pool was cold. The hot tub was closed. I will not stay here again. The only reason we didn't leave was because it was labor day weekend and there was a home college foodtball game in the area. It would have been nearly impossible to locate another hotel room.

It was a quite reasonable place to stay at this point. Especially for the price. There was just the uncomfortable feeling that it had been quite well appointed and taken care of by previous owners, but, that things might be changing.... Weeds not controlled, fences not down but beginning to lean. Furnishing were all quite up to snuff. Because of really little things, you wondered what the future will hold. Just an accumulation.... If I were to be in the area this fall, I would certainly stay there again....

I had booked a King suite based on the pictutes provided. When I checked in, the manager said that unlike the picture, the reservation had me in a loft king bed, ten steps up from the main room & bathroom areas. I preferred one level, so he gave me an upgrade to a 2 room king suite, no extra charge.

Stayed two nights. No maid service for the second day. Unable to check in until almost 5pm.

Thanks. Weeds are partially controlled and will be totally controlled soon. Area experienced severe storms past few months. Heavy winds damaged the fence as there was a privacy screen. Resources in a small town are hard to come by. Serious attempts are being made to fix the broken stuff outside. Once the property was handed to the bank all the staff and resources went away. I bought it from an owner that bought it from the bank and ran it for 2 months. I have been here 2 years and because of bad winter and heavy winds this year the recovery has been slow. Now that we are into better months for business revenue action is being taken. Every contractor seems to want a big project. It is hard to put all the eggs in one basket. There are some resources at hand to make it better.
