The room was wet!!!! There is a problem with the bathtub faucet....and the room was all humid and hot.

Found 3 roaches. One on my suitcase, one woke me up one morning by crawling on me and a third one crawling on my things in the bathroom. The front desk attendant said I shouldn’t let that scare me away from staying again. Have yet to see any money put back on my card.

The hotel was clean and the people went over backwards to make our stay great. The room was beautiful and the bed comfortable. Bora offered to carry our luggage for us and gave us the best room available. Every time I go to Williamsburg in the future I am definitely staying here. If you are booking a room in Williamsburg you can not go wrong at this hotel.

Nothing positive to say - rooms were all outside units. Outdated and worn out furniture. LOUD train all night.

Decent for the price. Things were a little run down and could use some updating/better care. The fitness center was very low quality, none of the treadmills were usable.

Near railroad, outside parking area looks ghetto, room furnitures worn and showing.

non smoking but had to walk down a dark outside hallway with people smoking to get to my room. Had to fix the locks on my sliding glass door so it would lock. The phone did not work. Room was dusty. Sofa was worn and ripped on the arms. Bathroom floor was dirty and had hairs on the floor. Bed was not comfortable. Mattress felt years old. It was just BAD!!!! Stay away

I was bit by a spider while sleeping in my room. Killed spider and had to cut my vacation short to go to doctor. And my is still swollen. Terrible stay.

The hotel itself wasn't terrible, but the shower pressure was poor. The hair dryer in the bathroom kept overheating and cutting off. There were other guests running up and down the hallway outside of our room all hours of the night. Some of the staff spoke no English at all so asking for anything was difficult.

Very convenient to the Outlet. When we booked the room, we did not realize the hotel room doors were on the outside of the building, which made it feel more like a motel, than hotel. Wished there could have been more full size towels and wash cloths. We showered when we arrived and again in the morning. The tub is missing matting strips, which made taking a shower a slippery experience. I did report that to the Supervisor, who was very, very kind to us upon arrival and departure. Overall, the room was very comfortable, cool, and the bed slept well. Oh, the lighting in the hallways is almost none. There are several areas when bulbs need to be replaced.

Booked a room two weeks in advance for a King room. Got to the hotel around 5pm to be told that the maids were gone for the day and my room was not clean. I was offered a room with 2 double beds for my husband and I. Beds were very hard and cramped.

Great price for the room. Exceeded my expectations. Very roomy and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good also.

The room did not look anything like the website. The website looked updated, bright and clean. The website was the reason i picked the hotel.

My family and I (total of 5 people) stayed at the Quality Inn in Williamsburg, VA. We had 2 full size beds and a sleeper sofa in the room which accommodated everyone on the trip. We chose Quality Inn because I have a 5 lbs Yorkie that we took on the trip and this hotel was pet friendly. The room seemed fine at first glance, however, we found small stains on the sheets that resembled dried blood. The comforter on both beds felt damp to the touch and the toilet was not cleaned well. We called down to the front office and they sent someone to change the sheets immediately. We tried to get comfortable and settle in and then we heard a lot of arguing going on. Apparently, this particular hotel is a host for foreign exchange students. Unfortunately, the students were breaking rules by drinking and smoking by the pool which was directly in front of our room. The hotel manager was engaged in a dispute with the students that got a little loud. Although the room was not as clean as we had hoped for, we dealt with it because we were only in town for a short period of time. There was one particular staff worker that was sweet as could be. Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was very proactive and very friendly. She brought us towels, she learned my nephews name and checked in on us regularly! She was awesome! The hotel also offered hot breakfast each morning which was WONDERFUL. Our first morning there we had French toast, eggs, sausage, coffee, cereal, and oatmeal! The breakfast was great! I'm not certain that we would choose to stay there again. None of us could get completely comfortable because the room just didn't feel right.
