The room and beds were nice. The hotel is showing its age but it is still in good good condition. The breakfast bar is in need of repairs. I know that juice dispensers are an expense but you should at least put juice in them or remove them. Juice flavored water serves no purpose but to upset customers. This is the second Quality Inn that ignored that simple truth... it is better not to put it out at all..

The room was clean and the price was good. However, the check-in instructions coming from Expedia are very confusing. They tell me I must phone the property in advance if I plan to arrive after 2:00pm, and in the same instructions they tell me I check in time starts at 3:00pm. So...is checking in at 3:00pm a normal circumstance that doesn't require special handling, or not? When I pointed this out to the person running the counter, I got the impression nothing was ever going to be done to clear up the message coming from Expedia. I suspect the hotel is going to lose business due to people being unsure if the hotel is normally staffed and call ins are necessary to make someone show up to receive you.

Our first room smelled terrible and was dirty. Had to ask to be reassigned to the second room, which was a little better. Bathrooms were run down, one had mold in multiple places. Breakfast was also very poor. It was a sad attempt compared to the photos. Wish I could get my money back.
