"Positives:
- Staff was so friendly
- Shuttle was prompt and driver was friendly
- bed & bathroom clean
Cons:
- There were nail clippings beside the bed.
- Bed I could feel the springs and my back was shot in the am.
- If your room is to the left of elevator half of them you have to drag your luggage up a few stairs. I was ok but if you struggle with mobility and lifting it's not compatible.
- the room service food is horrible
- outdated room
Overall definitely not my 1st option but in a pinch it works. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly and shuttle ran right ontime. It is first come so I would suggest 15min before it comes to be in lobby. "
