The process to check in was not very efficient. There was only one receptionist. We wanted 15-20 min to check in. The receptionist was nice but hospitality was very minimum. She didn't clearly explain the break down of the total payment (fee plus deposit) and just displayed the amount, that was confusing.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Furniture is old but that didn’t bother me. A doable walk from parking garage to the hotel however in evenings there were quite a few homeless people sleeping in the buildings that you had to walk through to get to the hotel which startled me as a traveller who was by myself. The hotel Itself is in a great location but just needs some updating. Breakfast not included and parking expensive - $86 for 3 nights in and out privileges. Good deal on Expedia vs booking through hotel.

I gave this hotel the rating of 1 because zero stars wasn’t an option. It’s not a 4 star hotel, the carpet really stinks, flushes don’t work, you don’t get room service, no breakfast, there were bugs, the worst experience ever!!
