Staff trainee lady was rude. She did not explain service procedures and was very un-accommodating and unprofessional. If we did not arrive so late in the evening I would have changed hotels due to her behaviour. The room was nice, the parking was inconvenient. The credit card refund is 5 business days which is crazy because they took the money right away when checking in.

It took 20 min to walk to my car which was parked in the SO CALLED ON SITE PARKING $60/2 day. No washroom facility in the reastraunt. No house keeping if your stay is less than 5 days only on request. Supplied 2 towels....

The AC could use some tunning up. I did not find it made it to temperature at all, but was running. The wallpaper in my room was starting to peel off as well. I also found the bed frame to be in disrepair, not that it affected my sleep but the footings were twisting when hit.
