Staff trainee lady was rude. She did not explain service procedures and was very un-accommodating and unprofessional. If we did not arrive so late in the evening I would have changed hotels due to her behaviour. The room was nice, the parking was inconvenient. The credit card refund is 5 business days which is crazy because they took the money right away when checking in.

Loved the “ lounge” room that was available for the family. We were able to have a “ games night” because of the extra tables and chairs! There was an amazing “ water cooler, use of a microwave, and comfy chairs for 4 people to sit in! The chairs in the rooms, however, should be replaced with something new…..?

Front desk staff very nice. Parking is across the street. Room was clean but extremely dated. Furniture was marked up, chair had holes in fabric and wallpaper was buckling in spots. For price thought room would be nicer.

The duvet was dirty at the top on both sides. The refrigerator wasn’t very cold. During checking in we asked for suggestions for restaurants to walk to. The young man said he would give us some. He did not. We also asked for help with using the bus system. No one could help us. I figured it out on my own with the transportation app. We liked the location. Very convenient to everything.
