Staff trainee lady was rude. She did not explain service procedures and was very un-accommodating and unprofessional. If we did not arrive so late in the evening I would have changed hotels due to her behaviour. The room was nice, the parking was inconvenient. The credit card refund is 5 business days which is crazy because they took the money right away when checking in.

This is a budget friendly hotel in downtown. The check in parking and nightly parking are not convenient at all. You will have keep driving around the block if there are already 3 vehicles parked to check in. Our room was very dated and not super clean, but we knew what to expect here. It’s very walkable to the casino and waterfront, and the price was significantly lower than other downtown hotels.

Staff was defensive when a problem was presented to them. For example every time I left the room my door key wouldn’t allow me back in. One would go back to the front desk to get the key reinstated. After doing this over a dozen times they were in different to the problem and offered no apologies, they stated it was my fault as the keys were sensitive.
