the room felt like it was in the tropics ..we were all over heating and no way to control the heat no air conditioning ..couldn't open the window ..we all had sweat dripping off our face by 1000 pm we turned down the thermostat as soon as we walked in but it wouldnt cool ..other than that pleasant staff ..clean hotel

I agree with the other reviews that I've seen. Great place. 9/10 The only demerit is the parking but they go out of their way to make sure it's not a huge problem for their customers.

I will start out positive, that staff are nice. And the location is stellar. The hotel itself, is bad. The funiture is marked up and old, the toliet had a feces stain. The pool was too cold to swim in, the carpets are lifting, they are smashed shelfs amongst the hotel. Parking is awful, you park in front, unload your car, then go 2 blocks up park in parkcade, then walk 10 mins back through a mall and skywalks back to the hotel, oh and this costs $30.

Quick stay for a concert next door but check in process was seamless. Parking was seamless. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. Water refill station on the lobby is a bonus. No complaints.

This hotel was the perfect location for us. We attended an event at the Scotia Centre for a whole week and we could access that venue without going outside with was very beneficial due to the weather (rain and cold). This hotel was close to the waterfront and some good restaurants. The hotel itself is old and could do with some updates. Hotel room service happens every three days if you stay longer than 4 days, which we did. That service could have been increased if you ask. Every two days would have been better. I called one day to have my garage picked up but I was on hold for so long that I hung up and found someone to take the garbage. No big deal. The days our room was clean was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast prices were high.
