We stayed at The Barrington Hotel for 2 nights. Our AC wasn’t working in our room. Maintenance staff were off and couldn’t fix it but they did bring up a fan. The room was very outdated. The carpet was old and stained and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We went in the pool; definitely would not recommend. It was filthy dirty and really gross. I really regretted booking here. I will not be staying here again!

The property is aging. Our room was nice but the heating/cooling did not work, the shampoo and gel dispensers were not filled and a light did not work. It was convenient for walkability to the event we were going too but the property needs some attention.

Arrived at 7pm and the room was not available. They said 20 mins and an hour later it was still not ready. Good thing I did not show up at 3pm to check in like the reservation said. No notification of delay. Very frustrating.

We waited 4 plus hours to check in along with about 50 others! The rooms were not ready, it was terrible. Hotel management said to talk about a partial refund with you. That one of your reps should contact them and the procedure is that they refund you and you refund us. Please look into this - asap. Not a good experience at all. I look forward to hearing from you.
