Comfortable, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Convenient location.

Stayed here in the middle of our 9 day visit to Nova Scotia. Although it is a good deal away from Dartmouth , the nearby vicinity has many stores to shop in, a movie theatre and 3 or 4 restaurants. My only complaint is when we were calling for directions, the concierge was not very knowledgable . But the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. It would have been nice if they offered adult swim time .

The kids enjoy the pool. Best breakfast, delicious and lots of variety. Perfect for the picky or fussy eaters. Perfect location for shopping, dinning, watching a movie, or going for a walk/run on the trails.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Dartmouth area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of hot and cold food. The pool, hot tub, and slide were a highlight for the kids! They had a blast and could have spend hours there! Great hotel!!

Excellent front end staff, great breakfast, rooms clean and nicely decorated, well managed. located close to movie theatres, restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and slide for kids.

The hotel was new and much nicer than most Hampton Inns. It is in the middle of shoppong and restaurants but about 15 km from old town Dartmouth and 20 km from Halifax.

Lovely new hotel staff very helpful. Layout beautiful. Breakfast included in the price very rare, nice selection something for everyone. Pool is lovely kids loved the big slide. No bar in the hotel one draw back when you have kids asleep upstairs. 2 mins walk you have boston pizza, starbucks and 3,4 other eating places also empire theatre. Good for shopping, laser tag for kids round the corner great easter break.

This is a great hotel, everything was new and fresh and the free Breakfast was awesome! Honestly the accomadations reminded me of the MGM in Vegas that we stayed at last year. This is a excellent hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good restaurants in the area. The hot buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Driving around was a challenge at first as the area is newer and did not show up on any of the tourist maps handed out everywhere. However, once figured out, it was easy to drive to Halifax and Dartmouth harbour and to the Ferry. Great trail with Shubieacadie Canal and Lock system right over a walkway from the hotel parking lot, leading to a lakefront with swimming within a 10 minute walk (we had to find this on our own - it was not posted from the hotel).

We did all the touristy things and tanned a lot. Halifax is full of friendly people and great sightseeing. We did stay at the hotel a bit here and there to watch the World Cup but most of the time we were out exploring. I would have liked to visit the Alexander Keith brewery and the Titanic museum but we never found the time! Maybe next time we'll stay a bit longer. Our experience was great... far better than going on some "all inclusive" type trip to Cuba. It's fun to explore your own country!

Was pleasantly surprised when I got there that everything was as it was described on the website. My son really enjoyed the pool and water slides. The location was fantastic walking distance to walmart and many other stores as well as specialty shops, and restaurants and a big movie theater. The buffet breakfast was very good to wake up to every morning with a selection of hot and cold items. It was spring break for the kids so it was a little noisy but that is to be expected that time of year. All in all a great experience and we will defiantly be going back!

Great staff for the most part. Had bad experience when my children were with me.but nothing serious

This is a great family hotel. The indoor pool had a huge slide for kids and hot tub for couples. The service was superb and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is super clean and new and the rooms were very quiet. We had a room by the elevator and heard--nothing! the hotel is right off Hwy 118 on the way to the airport. There is a new mall just built around it, including a Costco, Best Buy and many outlets. The only problem is that Mapquest and Google both show the wrong location when you put in the address. You can see it off the hwy, or to be safe, call the hotel for directions before coming. Best value hotel in Halifax!!!

It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a day of travel and city traffic of Halifax. It was easy to find, and very convenient to drive to the airport next morning. A new shopping strip is just minutes walk away; also a movie theater and restaurants are not far.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
