Even though I paid in advance through Expedia, the hotel computer charged my Visa the standard $100 damages hold but ALSO for the two individual stays (today and another a week from tomorrow). They said it was a computer error and won't be fixed for five to ten business days. The delay is unacceptable. Going forward, I will NOT be paying in advance via Expedia for hotel reservations, if I use Expedia at all.

What didn’t go well was your insensitive policies that wouldn’t let your people change our reservation, my wife became very sick yesterday morning and we had to change flights, I tried to get our room moved to Sunday and your people said nothing they could do . Sometimes a little compassion should win over policy but good bye forever Expedia I will never use you again and will be letting everyone know. Thanks for me loosing $197 for nothing
