We enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing staff. However we had no vehicle and had to cab or uber since no busses run nearby. Because if the location if the inn, there is not much room to walk safely on the side of a very busy highway.

We were there towards the end of September when the tourist season is winding down. Consequently, during 3 nights we were there, the bar was closed 2 days and restaurant once for breakfast and once at dinner due to staffing issues. Furnishings are well used.

Clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful, the grounds were very pretty my husband and I enjoyed our stay there. Unfortunately the restaurant/pub was not open which was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to just chilling at the hotel instead of driving to another restaurant elsewhere as we had been travelling all day! Other than that it was a great stay and we would definitely come back

We stayed in the Cape Dauphin room which is in front of the house with a private balcony and a sitting area. The room was very quiet The breakfast was delicious. If you get a chance to speak to Parker ( owner) about the history of the building it’s very interesting.

We stayed at this property twice in Sept., mid month for two nights and month end for one night. The location is perfect for access to the airport. Staff were helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant food and service. Our room was clean, quiet, and warm.. We had some concern that we would be too close to the highway but there was no highway noise in our rooms. Very pleasant looking out on the lake. The A/C was nice.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Old carpets around a in room jacuzzi that does not work. Trips the gfi plug as soon as it’s turned on. Hotel smells musty and was very cold. Restaurant food was also pretty bad. We would not recommend or stay again.
