The chlorine in the pool was beyond excessive. Dried out my skin to the point of chapping our lips, bleached out all of our bathing suits. 2 of us had brand new bathing suits that are now ruined/faded from the chlorine. Showered and washed hands multiple times to still smell the chlorine in my skin the next day. Otherwise staff was friendly, facilities were clean and location convenient. Amazes me how the price goes up and the "extras" go down but that is unfortunately all hotels.

I thought I had booked the hotel with the large rooms. The front desk informed me there is two hotels in the same building that share ALL eminities. I was fooled by pictures that this was the room I was getting. No response from Expedia, tried chat, phone and email. Nothing. Hot tub didn't work, no water, no coffee, clogged sink. I even waited to talk to the front desk girl that had to get her Starbucks first. Aweful. Will not stay here again
