The elevator was broken and people were stuck in it , I had to haul all my luggage up 3 flights of stairs and there was no offer by any of the staff to help me. Then we ordered room service from the restaurant and the lady that worked there was so rude to me and also was rude to my daughter (on 2 separate incidents) ..she was rude for no reason....I will probably never stay there again. If I'm paying over 200$ a night , one would expect a bit more kindness and hospitality.

The property was cleaned and well maintained. Check-in was quick. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s rest for the 2 nights we were there. One thing I didn’t like - breakfast buffet was too expensive with only basic selection. $20.95 per person and because there isn’t much in the vicinity, you’re somewhat stuck with having breakfast there or waiting to hit the streets.
