Quality Inn Halifax Airport

Clean and comfortable but service is spotty

This hotel is very good option near the airport at a reasonable price. My experience was that some staff we’re extremely helpful but others didn’t seem to care a bit. When I checked in they were two people at the front desk. One was checking a person in and the other was on the phone with a difficult customer. There were two people in the room behind the desk yukking it up while several people stood in the lobby waiting to be taken care of. After some time, they finally came out and helped at the front desk. Staff greeting arriving travelers at the door were extremely helpful. The next morning when I went to check out I called the front desk twice to ask for assistance, as I am disabled. Nobody answer the phone either time. I had to drag my bags to the lobby myself. It appeared that there was only one person on duty and he seemed unconcerned when he saw me dragging my luggage. He certainly didn’t try to help and when I suggested they might answer the phone, he simply smiled.

Garden South Park Inn

Very nice hotel in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the location. It was in a nice area within walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The Hollis Halifax a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel

In downtown good view to the beach

Since you come in, all staff very attentive, you can see how they try to provide the best service, only for breakfast not many options, scrambled eggs a little hard, but the people gives you their best.
