The property is brand new and beautiful. However, you can tell that with time, the fixtures won’t hold up well. The surrounding area is a popular bar area and we could hear noise from outside on Saturday night. We were on the 11th floor.

The suite we had was very nice. The location was great, very walkable to different restaurants and the waterfront. Valet parking is cheaper than parking it yourself which is a bit odd but not really an issue (checking out it took a bit longer to get the vehicle but it wasn’t crazy). I would recommend the Sutton Place and would come back again.

It is in the heart of downtown area. Walkable to all popular sites. The room I book was with accessible facilities. The mattress was comfortable. However, the bathroom vanity was too small. No shelve or drawer, towel was put under the sink and it was hard to get the towel. There is a patio and hot tub in floor 7. The front door of the hotel is not easy to identify. The staffs are very nice and friendly.

My family and I got zero sleep while staying here. We were in a corner room on the 17th floor which offered great views, however in the evening it felt like we were sleeping outside. There has been zero consideration to insulate the room from the bars, motorcycles and people yelling all evening in the area. When it comes to actually sleeping this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
