Since you come in, all staff very attentive, you can see how they try to provide the best service, only for breakfast not many options, scrambled eggs a little hard, but the people gives you their best.

We arrived very late and the staff were fabulous! We were very pleased with the accommodation and service. Recommend to anyone visiting Halifax!

Hotel was nice & clean. Learned that you want to be on an even floor for the ice machine. Room service was yummy & fresh. Pool was small & hot tub was nice. Not too busy this time of year. Very attentive staff.

We enjoyed the convenient location--close to the waterfront, many pubs and restaurants and the Citadel. We always felt safe no matter where we were walking. Bathe staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were warmly greeted and efficiently checked into the hotel. All our questions about food, entertainment, etc were accurately answered. The bellman was very helpful with our luggage for the three weeks we would be touring Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. The room was very nice, clean, and well provisioned. It was a very contemporary room. Great internet, many electrical outlets, USB charger plugs two large televisions, a great view of the harbor, and you could watch the activity in the harbor while showering. The next time I visit Halifax I will look to this hotel first for lodging.

The rooms were spacious and the desk staff accormodated our request for a water view. The check in is a little tricky as the entrance is on a main street with little room to park to unload luggage. The Bell staff was great in this respect. The location is so convenient that once the valet took our car we really didn't need it until check out..

Great location not a far walk too the water front .

The decor is in need of a MAJOR overhaul -- looks like old lady's apartment, circa 1965! Air conditioning didn't work on a very humid night. I complained to front desk and they gave me a new room, but same problem with AC. (Same ugly furniture also). Avoid this place and go somewhere else -- you can do much better!

The people were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Dining options left a little to be desired, though.

A real Radisson Hotel! Nice suite, sleep number bed, in room coffee, mini bar, microwave etc... free breakfast. all this for a nice price
