Checking in was both smooth and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was very efficient. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Room and washroom amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast spread was mediocre. Layout was not the best...leaves room for chaos to happen. Location was excellent. Waling distance to harbour front, The Citadel, entertainment and the various F&B outlets. Would stay here again.

Oveall the hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The location is sgreat for walking to everything in the area, the climb back up from the waterfront just meant we deserved dessert after dinner. Highly recommend!

This was a nice stay the night before we headed out on the Cabot Trail. The room was cute and comfortable and clean. Our room was on the third floor and had a view of the water. We were looking for somewhere to stay where we didn’t have to drive for dinner and this location gave us options. We decided to eat at the restaurant at the Telegraph House and are so glad we did, our meal was exceptional. Check in and check out were easy and staff was friendly. This was a great choice for our overnight stay in Baddeck.

Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, the staff was lovely, and the water temperature and pressure was fantastic. The Bar/Restaurant is closed on Sundays and there is a lot of construction currently in front of the hotel so we had to walk to meet our uber for the airport, but not the hotels fault. Convenient to the waterfront. Would stay again.
