The room was clean and the hotel was nicely decorated. However, the water from the taps in the room had a strange smell. If I was to describe it, I would say it smelled swampy. The hot tub in the fitness room had at least 5 broken or missing jets, so the pressure was not great. And the sauna wasn't all cedar, the seats looked to be pressure treated wood. The continental breakfast was alright, but you had to pay extra for bacon or sausage, which we found odd. Also, on our last morning, a hockey team walked by us while we were eating telling their friends that a mouse just ran by them while they were getting a muffin. So, I don't think I would stay here again, despite the excellent location downtown. I mentioned the issues to hotel staff at checkout. They said they would have a talk with the food staff.
