Location of property is great. Reception staff were very cordial and excellent in service. Buffet breakfast menu needs variety.

Location cleanliness and size of rooms was great. The breakfast was not very impressive. If I would book again would leave out breakfast.

Short distance to haram, room was excellent. Staff did a mistake by removing my belongings from the room one day before checkout, which was very bizarre. They apologized politely and returned perishable items with and a snack on top.

Very close to kaaba which is less than five minutes walking distance. Elevator were slow and the room could have been much more clean.

Proximity to Haram, courteous staff. Could use more hospitality with Arab coffee after Ishaa prayers or Fajr prayer. Very clean. Food is great.

The room was big.But it is smelling very very bad.Cigarette smoking room I think.We wanted to change the room,there was no room.They said the housekeeping bring steam cleaner.Nobody bring nothing.
