It didnt feel like a 5 star experience. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It is located in the Clock Tower & very close to the Haram. However, the room was small and the bathroom was extremely small and outdated. The pillows felt like they were old and wouldn't fluff. Extremely disappointed.

I love the place and it’s convenient to the Haram. I did not like the way I welcomed when check in. We arrived a day late and still paid for the day however when asked to upgrade I was given mistreatment.
