I recently stayed at your hotel in Madina. The location is excellent, and the property itself has great potential. staff is very friendly, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner. However, the room maintenance needs improvement. The bathroom had a loose shower door, later they fixed it after few requests and the exhaust system was not strong enough to remove the odor. Because of this, the smell from the bathroom would spread into the room. I’m sharing this feedback so it can be addressed for future guests. Thank you.

Everything was generally fine aside from the crowding. We also had a hard time reaching staff by phone. Responses took a long time, and the employees seemed overworked. On our last day, we waited about 30 minutes for someone to help bring our bags down and ended up doing it ourselves. The hotel feels safe and is conveniently located for shopping and other activities.
