Location perfect however the hotel is very old I would recommend to stay at Millennium Hotel not the towers
The hotel is never at the level of a Hilton hotel!
This is a good place if you like to be close to haram. It has all the basics. They were a bit late cleaning rooms but when I called they were on it right away
It's far below 5 stars hotels, the only good thing is location. You can compare it to 2 or 3 stars hotels in U.S or even Dubai. It's not worth your money, you can find better alternatives with a greater value for the the buck you pay.
It's hard to beat the location, it's so easy to get to the haram. The carpet and sofa were stained. The hallways don't look clean. The room should be stocked better in terms of cups, mugs, etc. The electric stove was of bad quality. The mattresses are clearly old.
Excellent location. The room was ok, however the bathroom was terrible. The toilet seat was broken and was always filled with the sewer odor. There was also a fly in the room when we checked in and the house keeping was not helpful. With that said, I have been staying at this hotel for the last 20 yrs and have always had an excellent experience. So really this one was just one off. The reception checking checkout experience was excellent, the staff was very decent, courteous and prompt. However the house keeping guy was terrible and rude.
The location is excellent, it is few footsteps away from the sacred Masjid. I would have liked it better if the building and room were more properly maintened and cleaner. The trip was short and it is good compared to other trips.
