Great property/terrible location

It’s up on the hill, does have a shuttle service, but it so complicated to get to the shuttle, and it’s only 2/3 minutes ride. We walked to the haram walking up the stairs, down the steps and walked some more Such a waste of time, even though it’s so close proximity to haram. My husband and I actually were staying at Makkah Hotel, but decided to stay one extra night and found out double tree is quite cheap. I wouldn’t recommend it even for the price. But This lady Merida at the check in, she was amazing, spoke fluent English and gave us a suite upgrade, amazing room! We barely stayed in the room for 4 hours. Such a hard time getting to & from.

Very nice location, walking distance to Haram, they have convenient coaster service which takes you from hotel door to haram gate every few minutes. Very clean and spacious room. Staff very friendly and co operative. Breakfast is very good. Love it. Recommend it to anyone coming for Umrah.

Was very walkable to haram, only one hill may be difficult for the elderly in the heat. Otherwise nice and new facilities with pretty decent selection for the breakfast buffet. We got upgraded to a junior suite and it was very comfortable as always Hilton beds don’t disappoint. Only complaint didn’t get my double tree cookie tho🙈
