This is a wonderful modern hotel with a lovely room great breakfast where chefs make fresh omelettes of choice or fried eggs. Discovered this later but the dinner buffet is really good as well for the price especially if you're IHG members. Great customer service as first time we went down for the dinner buffet but I couldn't find my membership number so paid the full amount.When I found my number they were kind enough to give me the change the discount would have given me. The slight downside is that this hotel is a bit of a distance from the haram and although it said walk is about 25mins we didn't try that. Taxis are always coming and going but they have a bus shuttle service that runs from and to the the Haram every 20 mins but stops during prayer times. All in all very happy with our stay here and would happily stay there again.
