Except one small issue in the room which was it seems water drainage pipeline passing through the wall, constant water noise was nuisance when there is no other noise inside the room it was pretty inconvenient for a sound sleep. Left the same feedback to reception. Otherwise hotel was good, room was absolutely neat and clean, staff was very good, and shuttle service to haram is cherry on top.

Yes. Very clean. Courteous staff. It is definitely a 5 star service. If I ever go back, It will be my first priority. The person who checked me in and out was very helpful. I should have known his name and mentioned here. Shuttle service is amazing. You cannot do better than that given the traffic circumstances around that area.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to extend my sincere appreciation to Ibrahim Ahmad Bilman, who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and ensure our taxi arrived at the correct entrance. His professionalism and kindness truly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend Voco Makkah to all my family and friends. Was acceptable as was on A pilgrimage. The first stay a few days before was better as we had a clock tower view and the room seemed larger. Upon check in we were told the room had been upgraded to a Haram view however the only view was a derelict building which seemed to be in the process of being demolished. Retrieving our luggage which we left in storage a few days earlier was very frustrating as we were referred to lost and stolen numerous times before I went to reception and spoke with the bell boy who was great and located our luggage after 2+ hours, which was an inconvenience. Breakfast was good

The hotel is really nice and modern. Staff were very helpful especially Samir during breakfast. Not too far from Haram as I walked with my 70yr old mum (she wasn't happy about it but she did it with several stops...lol.) . We did it a couple of time (not everyone can walk). They have a shuttle to take you to Haram but there's usually a crowd especially closer to prayer time as its a really big hotel with about 8towers. You can take a cab too for about 20 Riyadh though they will want to charge you more. They cleaned the rooms regularly and put bottle water daily and if they miss this, you can call their attention to it and it would be resolved asap. There is mall on the lower ground floor with similar prices with what you would get in the market but you can check the market to have an idea, you can also negotiate the price. They have a company that can help with tour and airport transfer but it may be pricey. Overall, it's a really nice place to stay and great location,

Our stay at voco Makkah by IHG was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well organized. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The shuttle service to the Haram was well managed and convenient. Very poor internet and highly unprofessional behavior from the staff. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable during my stay. When I reported that the tea kettle was already broken, the staff first accused me of damaging it. Although they eventually replaced it, they then warned me that I would have to pay if the replacement broke as well. This interaction was humiliating and made me feel disrespected as a guest.
