Great location and 5 star quality. One of the best hotel in Makkah. Only negative is: reception is very slow and elevators are very confusing

Overall an excellent experience, office staff and the dining staff are very friendly, helpful and wonderful. Nabil at the check in counter was very helpful

Was great

poor service overall, food poor, semi cooked food, I had to give the omlette 3 times to get it cooked to well done. very less staff to clean tables in between customers, had to wait 30 min to get someone to clean the table. the concierge had skeleton staffing and elevators did not work and we had to wait 2 hrs to get our luggage to the car to leave to airport which caused us to miss our flight. no one speaks english, everyone expects us to speak their language but they will not try to speak an international language. no courtesy and no customer service.

I had previously stayed here a few years ago and was very happy with the overall experience. This time I noted that the front desk staff was not as friendly as before. When I asked if any of my loyalty platinum membership benefits applied, the answer was an unapologetic “No. Because you did not book directly with us you don’t have any benefits.” I was given a room on the 58th floor without any directions to the only elevators that can take me to the floor. After asking housekeeping staff I was directed to the elevators. I got in the elevator but could not find the button. Luckily a staff member was with me and informed me that the 58th floor button was “R3”. Reaching my floor there were no signs. I had to take nearly a full circle of the floor to reach the room. Also, I requested a service & staff directed me to an office on M4 level. When I reached the level, the security staff informed me that the office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The most frustrating part of my stay was the number of the elevators I had to use every time I left the hotel in addition to half the elevators not working for the floor I stayed on and the large number of people needing to use the elevators which made using the elevators an ordeal.

Close to the holy area

It was really great place for people like me cause it has its own prayer place and food also so close to Mecca Al haram
