Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. Kids club was a huge hit and we used it 4 times. The staff were incredible, very caring and kind. We were able to complete ibadah whilst kids played and were safe at the club. Kids also enjoyed the food and ate there every time. Definitely will be recommending the hotel to others. Location, care, comfort and facilities were excellent. Thank you to all the staff. You're doing a fantastic job.

Amazing breakfast and dinner with lots of variety which meant we didn’t have to eat fast food each night. Excellent service from all staff who went above and beyond during out stay. Only thing i would comment on is the cleanliness as you leave the hotel from the back side to Al Haram this could be improved, huge contrast from front of hotel which is immaculate and clean
