I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Jabal Omar and generally had a comfortable experience. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service in the dining area. Specifically, Mr. Khushnud and Jaseem went above and beyond during all my meals. They were the epitome of professionalism: efficient, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. Their excellent service significantly enhanced my overall stay, and they are a true asset to the hotel staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was big, although we had 2 single beds, the room still felt big and spacious. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early without paying any additional fees. I have an 8 month old baby and requested a cot. The cot was delivered within 10 minutes of requesting. Geat selection at breakfast. A lot of tables. The staff were very quick dealing with requests and cleaning tables. At no point did it feel overcrowded. Location is great. A lot of shops nearby including restaurants. You have to leave 5-10 early to get to the mosque as secuirty/police tend to block most pathways. Overall great experience with Jumeriah Jabal Omar. Will definitely stay again and recomment to others.

Checking was great Mr Osama assisted us. The rooms were nice and clean, however the pricing for meals was very confusing. Before my arrival, the hotel emailed me a special offer for breakfast: reduced from 125 SAR to 100 SAR. I accepted the offer. But upon arrival, I saw that the actual breakfast price at the restaurant was 99 SAR, and the reception offered it for 80 SAR. This felt very misleading. The lunch pricing was also inconsistent. I was told that the price was 189 SAR for external guests and 149 SAR for hotel guests. Later, a different staff member charged me 125 SAR for lunch. Overall, I couldn’t understand what the real prices were, and the lack of clarity was frustrating.

Everything was fine regarding the amenities but the checking period was horrible. It took literally one hour 30mins to check in with people jumping the queue without the rep saying anything. There were only 2 staff attending to 40 people and also suddenly the lights went out. Customer service is really poor and terrible
