Nice, convenient hotel. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced.
Staff was friendly, professional and accomodating. Had to switch my days and they were very helpful.
The Holiday Inn in West Yellowstone was excellent. The staff at the registration desk were helpful, informative, and presented a friendly and professional demeanor.
A great family hotel. The kids loved the TV/games room.
A little expensive, but overall a great hotel to stay in yellowstone
The size of the room was fine but for expensive rooms having the sinks in the bedroom was an inconvenience especially if one of us had to use it at night it woke the other person! Also, we are not coffee drinkers and while the first night there were two regular tea bags left in the room --- no more was supplied despite the fact we asked for it at the desk. The A/C also failed to properly cool the room. The pool is also a small homely one. The nice touch was the free coffee and tea available in the morning and the oatmeal raisin cookies in the afternoon. Being able to use the business center to print our boarding passes came in handy. This helped us board the plane as it was overbooked the day we departed and those that checked in late had to take a later flight. Given our connecting flight we would have otherwise been stranded in transit!
This hotel was not cheap, but during high season nothing is. The staff were very professional, I didn't have any problem checking in but the fellow in front of me was very confused. He didn't have a reservation with them and they were full, he had booked in a different city. The gal at the desk talked to him until he understood.
Bathroom had a very bad smell, and the room was very average. Way too much money to pay for what you get.
The large room with three beds worked great for our group. Ashley at the front desk was beyond helpful. Great stay. Highly recommend.
The hotel is very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. I hope to stay at this hotel next year.
A little pricey but it makes up for it in quality of service compared to everything else available in town.
We had a nice experience. Service was friendly and attentive. A bit too expensive.
WOW the hotels in West Yellowstone are expensive. We chose the Holiday Inn because we were bringing our dog and knew the reputation would be lived up to. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our room was on the ground floor and was pretty quiet. Great breakfast (try the skillet breakfast)
We didn't like it that much the pool was closed no place to eat there were not too many people around theThe Air conditions were making a lot of noise
The room was beautiful the service was even better I highly recommend this hotel for traveling families!
I brought my better half snowmobiling through yellowstone national park as a Christmas gift. The hitem room was large and bathroom was newly updated. The only con was the walls to the hallway were thin so u could hear other people's doors open but it's not a deal breaker
