The house was beautiful. Everything was clean and easy to use. It is also very well insulated. Part of our stay included two very cold and snowy days. We were all very comfortable in the house. Mike was a pleasure to communicate with and always reachable. Due to the weather at the end of our stay. Half of the family's flights were canceled. Mike made extending our stay quick and easy and one less thing to stress over. Thank you, Mike! The location of the house was also perfect. Close to multiple food options and stores. Definitely a house I would recommend and would love to return to

Our host (Mike) was terrific (he responded to each of our texts within minutes)!! He provided us with great info regarding the property, as well as some awesome places to eat in West Chester (within walking distance of his property). The house itself was perfect…Great kitchen and family room, as well as three bedrooms (and 2 great bathrooms). The neighborhood is quaint & really cool at the same time (2 blocks to restaurants, and West Chester University is a 5-10 minute walk). Clean rooms, centrally located in downtown West Chester. Plenty of space. There are multiple flights of stairs with two bedrooms on a third floor. Washer and dryer on site. The bathrooms are huge. For a vacation rental there is a lot of wasted space. They could probably put a couple of extra bedrooms with a remodel but we're happy with what it was it was perfect for our group size.
