Good bed and good TV cable options.

Good value for money, really friendly and helpful manager!

The toilet was stopped up and when I called the front desk to let them know the lady there told me she could bring me a plunger and I could plunge the toilet. I had to explain to her that I did not work there that I was a guest and I would not be plunging her toilet. Their own advertisement said that breakfast was included with the stay. There was no breakfast there wasn’t even coffee and when I asked them when they were going to put out breakfast the lady at the desk said that they were not required to provide any breakfast. I showed her their advertisement that said breakfast was included so she went and got some little Debbie snack cakes and put out and made some coffee. Little Debbie snack cakes I don’t believe it’s anyone’s idea of a breakfast. My wife and I were scheduled to stay two nights. We did not stay the second night and we get a refund. In all fairness and in the spirit of customer service we should have received a refund for the first night too. We only got the refund for the second night after we called Orbitz and Orbitz called the property manager. This was a hassle that we should not have had to go through. Orbitz did make sure that we received a refund for the second night.

Nice hotel, room clean. Furniture layout cluttered and needs to be updated. They need to invest in more towels, because they had to wash towels before they could complete the room cleaning for the day. Myself and others in our group asked for towels and they stated there were none. They were being washed. We did not see any on their cleaning cart while they were cleaning the room. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly.

Great other than really no shade around parking lot not a really big deal but would be nicer AC was off when we arrived and it took a while to cool room off

A few issues with water temp, working light bulbs, slow drain. Staff is friendly and so is neighborhood. Room and building were clean comfortable and safe. Would repeat.

Check in was entirely too long. Only one guest trying to check in when I got there. Took way too long to get him checed in, then another equally long time to get me checked in.

It was a good hotel,but not great. It was good for overnight stay,but not longer that.

The hotel was decent, everything appeared clean and there were enough towels in the room, but I did see a huge roach in the shower on my last night there. It is south GA, so bugs are to be expected, but it was very scary in the middle of the night. Hotel is located near shops and restaurants, which is nice.

As expected Super 8 is a clean no frills hotel, worth what you pay for it. Would stay there again.

Average decent clean room worth the stay for a short layover

Check in is at 2 not 11 like the site says so our room was not ready when we arrived. You get what you pay for. Bed wasn't super comfy but it did the job. Fridge was dirty on the inside and one of the lamps didn't work as there was no outlet to actually plug it into. The decor didn't match either. The tub faucet was wiggly and the drain had been taken apart. The bathroom Door didn't like to shut and the sink drain kept shutting so it wouldn't drain. The carpet was filthy. I walked around the room and got black feet from it. We didn't spend much time in the room though. So...reserve at your own risk.

nice hotel for a super 8

Nice hotel, room clean. Furniture layout cluttered and needs to be updated.
