Do not like new look for rooms.

Was expecting the kind of room I’m used to getting. This room had only a small desk, no end table with lamp, no coffee table, just a big , unfriendly open space. General manager said that Hilton is taking furniture out of rooms and emptiness is the new look. I will be looking at other hotels.

So when we checked in, everything was great. We had a call down to the front desk twice because there was kids upstairs at 10:30 at night as we were trying to sleep making lots of noise, throwing footballs banging on the floors in the front staff lady didn’t do anything about it. I had to go down there and ask her again. Can you please go upstairs And tell them people to please quiet down. And when I was there, there was a young gentleman said yes they’re playing football upstairs so therefore we couldn’t sleep at all.
