Not the best area but ok. Easy access to main roads. Comfortable rooms with tile floors.
Rented the room for two nights. No problems the first night but the second night when my nephew and a friend came by it became a serious enough problem that they kicked me out at 2:30am with no where to go, no one to call to come get me and cussed me out like i was pure tras the entire time as well as belittled me for having a guest over who was NOT staying the night. Toilet barely flushed and anytime you walked outside on the sidewalks huge cockroaches would scurry along heading straight to the AC units. Very quiet even when you are being called every name in the book for having a guest. If you dont mind being belittled and cussed at by all means go stay but i would seriously recommend someone informing them this is not how you treat paying customers

When I went to my room later that evening someone was in there and the door safety would not let me open the door. Someone inside said the door is locked. I call the office but no one answered. Because they close at 12:30 am. I had to go to another hotel. They did not refund me for that night. They tried to tell me that I went to the wrong room. But my card opened the door, just not all the way open. If I was at the wrong room why did my card open the door. The light even turned green.The maid tried to show me that no one was in the room, but the bed was not made right, the bedspread was at an angle. It was not made like the other bed. The maid should have just called me a liar. I will never book a room there. Even the front desk clerk Libby was very rude.
Tv didn't work, dirty clothes in the closet from some one else. Went for a funeral and was crying and the women working called me a drunk and said since I was a man I should know how to fix the tv.
Hotel was clean and cleaning staff was very friendly. However didn't like that the swimming pool was closed and no hot tub,or spa.
staff was very helpful . i did not request a ground floor room and they did not have elevator so young man on duty carried my suitcase upstairs for me.
No big surprises. Staff was nice. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was no anything to write home about. Unfortunately there was hardly any hot water when I took a shower. Even though I asked for a non-smoking room and the sticker on the door indicated non-smoking, the odor of the room being smoked in was overwhelming. Operators need to steam clean the carpet, replace the curtains and bed spread, replace the air filter and re-paint the whole room. Thank goodness I brought Ozium Spray with me to try to kill the odor.
Nothing fancy, but the price for the area was very good. The breakfast is awesome!! They even had it ready early for early departing people.
There were stains all over the place. The AC would not get cold. Room was wayy too expensive considering those two issues.
We were just passing through, so the one night stay was fine. The room was mostly fine, the bed was too hard, the mildew in the shower very annoying and the outside noise very loud. The breakfast almost made up for those inconveniences.
We were just there overnight - for a funeral. The room was nice and clean and a very comfortable bed. The staff were courteous and helpful.
I went to Victoria to attend my Aunts funeral. I chose this Hotel because it was centrally located between the funeral home and my coucins house. It was easy to get where we were going from this location. The Hotel was clean, a little worn, but nice. The breakfasts were great that went along with the room. Scrambled eggs, sausage, Buscuits and gravy, waffles ect. Service was great and don't have any regrets staying here. Although we wern't able to use the sevice, you also get access to the YMCA by using your door card as a pass.

hi mellissa, we like our customer safe while being in property, you know why we have to remove you from property, you have five unregister guest and you have pet in your room not mention not paid pet fee during your stay, second of all you have covered smoked detector with plastic bag so that is enough to remove you from property. we don't allow unregister guest in room at all. that's why we have to removed from the room.
