Perfect location in Venice and loved the rooftop patio. Great view over the city. Very close to the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was very difficult to find until our host sent us a video of how to find and access the apartment. It seems building numbers in Venice are not always sequential and in this case the building number was not showing. The video from our nice host fixed all that. There were problems with the on-demand hot water heater so showers were an adventure temperature-wise and it seemed the overall building water pressure affected the performance of the temperature at the shower head. Our host said he would take up that problem with the building owner for a fix. One of the hallway lights on the landing floor below us was not working so at night we needed to have our cell phone lights ready to use. Overall a wonderful place to stay if the shower water temperature gets fixed.
