It was a man in our room when we checked in he was doing drugs I immediately took pictures this room was nasty filthy an stank I will be contacting corporate
This was the worst experience i have ever had at any hotel we had to get 2 rooms because the 1st one didnt have toilet paper, no towels, and the rm. Was open when we went to the rm. Got another rm. Same thing but at least it wasn't open and the clerk gave us towels ,and toilet paper ,The beds where absolutely terrible
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Looked like a trap hotel. When we got into the room there was BLOOD STAINS ON THE FLOOR and had an ACTIVE electrical plug laying out. I did Not feel comfortable staying there with my children and we immediately left. The manager said he would approve a refund and TWO WEEKS LATER i STILL have not received it. I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE!!!! Absolutely disgusting.
DO NOT GO HERE!! When I arrived I was given a room on the 4th floor. As I walked away and asked for the elevator and it wasn’t not working. I was then given a room on the 2nd floor. When I got to that room the AC was not working and the room dirty smelled mold. I walked out and asked for a refund and then was told I had to call the manager on Monday to ask for one.
We went and checked in. First of all we had to walk up stairs bc the elevator was broken. 2nd the room that was given was nasty. Two beds no linens. Nasty. Bugs. Wasn’t cleaned at all. Went back down stairs. Gave us another room. Someone was in that one. Asked for our money back but couldn’t happen. This hotel gave me crack head vibes. Just plain nasty. The guy at front desk was nice but should have known which rooms was available and not available. I WILL LEAVE A BAD REVIEW which I never do but there’s no way I would stay here. JUST DON’T. Trash. Horrible.
When I first arrived the outside part of the a/c was coming off when i came inside I was told that the phones are not working that there doing reservations in the building I booked my room online on expedia and I was told I couldnt check in until 3pm so that made me upset then when I finally made it there my room was on the 3rd floor the elevator was out of order my room was dirty walls was nasty dead roaches on the floor and ontop of my refrigerator I was told they only had one house keeper but clearly they must of missed cleaning my room I had 2 queen size beds the bed frame was cheap the bathroom was nasty so i decided to leave Because of the nastiest and I was trying yo use my key on the 1st floor to go around to make a complaint and the key didnt even work I had to use the side door of the building to exit then walk around to the front again this was the worst room Ivd ever seen
In room kitchen faucet broken off, tv had sound but no picture, no toilet paper. Elevator not working long term, not informed despite my obvious handicap and only after payment made and then tolf no refund. I recommend this hotel be barred from Expedia listings for intentional misrepresentation.
Upon my arrival, the first room didn’t have the right keys, the second room I was assigned had someone in it which lead to me actually walking in and seeing them, and the 3rd room had bugs.
Between the dirty towels on the floor upon arrival, the roaches scurrying about, or the dog piss on the hallway floors, this was an uncomfortable stay.
