Hilton Garden Inn Tyler

Best hotel I've stayed in Tyler with great location and most of amenities that 5 star hotels offer.

We love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tyler, Texas. We have stayed with them several times and are always pleased with the service and staff. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a big selling point for us. However, this time, we were very disappointed. We went down to use the pool and hot tub one evening and the pool was completely green the hot tub was barely warm and would not turn on. So we just went back up to the room. There must have been some sort of maintenance going on?? Also, we love the walking/bike trail that comes right beside the hotel. Every visit we make the effort and go for a mile or more walk. We were in town for shopping and just relaxing.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful as always. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Tyler.

this hotel is not old but not have been made recently so with everything looking so new it was above expectations. Also we got a good deal on price.

Awesome staff, very clean room, great location, will definitely be here again when in this area

hotel staff were great hot tub and swimming pool were top notch we had a great time thanks

Everything was super except for breakfast not included in the reservation. I ended up paying for breakfast for my family. Food itself was great and the inn's backyard leads the guests to a nearby trail which is very beautiful.

Staff was great from the front desk to the bar and restaurant. My only complaint was that the bar didn't have basic bar stock -- I recall that the bar curiously lacked bitters, lemons, and limes. Other establishments in the area have fully equipped bars, though, if you want. All in all, I found this to be a very good option to stay in Tyler.

This hotel was just what we needed when we were in Tyler for a family member's wedding. We were able to visit with other family members (who had reservations as well) in the common areas. The staff was very curteous and accomodating. The indoor pool area was clean and perfect for the children to get rid of lots of energy. The breakfasts were delecious!

Because this hotel is fairly new, it is not on most GPS tracking systems. We had to call the hotel 3 times for directions before we arrived. Two of those times we were put on hold for a long period of tme. It would be helpful if somehow directions were given in advance to make it much easier to locate the hotel.

Excellent room, hospitality, and super clean.

We reserved with [...], they gave us a HANDICAPPED room, in the middle of the busiest passway, next to the party room, one bed only, did not have a bed for my daughter (5). Worst experience ever.We originally requested 2 BEDS, non smoking, late arrival. Never a handicapped with no tubs, no extra bed, in the noisy area.Never will use [...] again and will make sure my friends know about this company.

This was a very nice, recently renovated hotel with friendly staff. I have no complaints at all and will consider Hilton Garden Inns in the future.

New hotel. Nice, clean, contemporary decor. Each floor has a lounge area which was great for my teenagers. Amazingly friendly staff. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Full service hotel, small bar area as well. The best part for me was the running trails. Beautiful! I was only there for one night but if I need to return to Tyler I will definately stay again.
