They have given up on this property. It is falling apart. When I got there at 6pm my room wasn't ready yet because the front desk lady said most of the cleaning staff had just quit and walked out. The room was dirty, had gum stuck to the ceiling light, carpet was cut out by the entry door and patched back in by someone not qualified to do so. There were no towels in the pool area and the pool had a bunch of wood chips in it. That area was also a mess and had some scary electrical hazards. I would never stay there again.

First of all, we checked in and had to wait on the room to be cleaned which is fine because we were early. Once it was ready we went up to our room and the door wouldn’t open. They had to call multiple people to come fix it and instead of them just putting us in a different room they made us wait over 30 minutes in the hall while they pried the door open with a crowbar. Then once we got into the room the maintenance guy told me we weren’t allowed to use the dead bolt on the door because it would “get stuck”. Odd but okay. My husband and I took our daughter outside to play in her electric Jeep and there was a vehicle circling the parking lot watching us so we decided to go back inside. When we got back up to the room my father in law was sitting in there and said someone was pounding on the door and tried to open it so he got up and answered the door and it was the maintenance guy and he acted surprised someone was in the room (like he saw us go outside and thought no one was in the room) and told him he had an order to clean the room. Funny he knew the room had already been cleaned and maintenance men don’t clean rooms? I fully believe he was trying to steal stuff out of our room while he thought it was empty. The bed looked clean and decent but the living area of the suite was so nasty. The couch had stains all over it and the walls had dirty marks all over them. We were so traumatized we decided to leave and not stay the night. Lost our money on the room. Don’t recommend.

We arrived in our room at night and we were very tired from a long trip only to discover hair on the bathroom floor and under the sink area. I personally cleaned it myself thinking if I called for service it would only cause more problems with our room in the future. My husband left his sandals in the room after checking out, we called the hotel within 3 hours of checking out to inform them that his sandals were in the room. I follow-up the next day, it has been 5 days and we still have not had a return call from the hotel regarding his sandals. We no the sandals were left in the room, that just tells me that someone took them.

The place was run down. Paint was peeling from ceiling in the shower. Missing tile basement board near shower. Face towel had stain on it. The sliding door for the closet was off track and couldn't even budge it open.

We had a room down at halls end and it was very quiet. The room was prepared and clean. But the elevator floors were sticky and soiled for two days. We had to inform front desk to get it cleaned up. Not sure why they didn't promptly take care of it. The excuse was they had sports teams for the weekend.

Nice large rooms. Beautiful bath. Toilet seat unstable.

Close to where I worked for the weekend. Breakfast is $5 a morning but good quality and good selection. Room was quiet. Will definitely stay again!

My only issue was no fan in the bathroom to evacuate steam and condensation from shower.

Nice close to we wanted to be. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Yes was very nice and the staff was great, when it was time for me to. Check out it was pour down rain and the staff was doing the best to help people to get the car.

It is a very nice place and I will be using it again very convenient for where I needed to be the staff was awesome

We were first given a room that had hair and crumbs in the bed. The sheets were wrinkled and it was clear they had not been changed . The front desk staff handled it appropriately but the housekeeping supervisor was rude and unapologetic. One elevator was broken .the restaurant was closed. The hotel was clearly understaffed .

Good price for the quality, would stay again or recommend to others.

great hospitality Restaurant in spaceful rooms great staff

OK place to stay while attending a family funeral.

Staff was great, went the extra mile for my young grandson.

Clean place. My only complaint, if you can call it that is that there were not enough plug ins for all of our electronics to recharge and thus created an issue within my family. No other problems.

The bathroom counter had not been cleaned. The desk had been eaten on, but not cleaned. Something had been spilled on the nightstand and not been cleaned off. On a good note, the carpets had been shampooed that morning so we're a little damp, but clean. The bed was very comfortable!!!!

The Hotel was very nice, the only thing I would like to see changed is more consistency with the Housekeeping some days they cleaned late , some days early ,we had to ask for towels, Kleenex, etc, I guest they need more staff in that department
