This is a quiet centrally-located townhouse recently renovated with a mid-century modern feel and a twist of the southwest. It boast high ceilings, sky lights, and an open floor plan. Comfy queen beds in each BR with desk/workspace in each, well-appointed kitchen and all new appliances including dishwasher and high end washing machine and drier. The leather sofa pulls out into a comfy sleeper. Tastefully decorated with room darkening blinds, double-paned windows, lots of storage space and all the comforts of home. There are 2 covered parking spots off the street and a small private outdoor patio area with a propane grill. The pool serves this small community of residents and you will often have it to yourself. Open 24/7. Only a 2 block walk to Trader Joe's... Everything you need for a great stay in Tucson.
