This property is also an extended stay and the clientele this place attracts is so questionable. Often you will see people hovering around the property smoking marijuana at night. Homeless is near by and often in the vacant parking lot. Our room smelled like marijuana and it was terrible. Other daughters room’s AC didn’t the AC didn’t work and second daughters room the batteries were dead in the smoke detector and nobody answered the phone to have someone change batteries. Her husband finally just took out the batteries. Then to top it off, a sign was posted on the lobby door to not drink the water because it was contaminated! We never received a notification and there weren’t water bottles available for guests. So unprofessional! Horrible service experience and this was the sixth stay and other times it was a pleasant experience. Not this time.

Great! Staff at night was great. Stay was good. Only complaint is I wish the city of Rucson would fix the road to the property, ive been on better dirt roads than this. You can thank Tucsons Democrat, liberal mayor for that.

My night here was much better than my next night in the area. I liked the room, clean, had micro and fridge, good bed, nice bathroom, etc. Parking was good, price reasonable. There were some creepy people around but, did not cause a problem. Seems to be in either an oder or industrial area. not much nearby that I noticed. I already have resv to stay here again.
