Orbitz reservation was not showing up. I was very tired and I had to cancel my reservation and rebook and it took forever. I don’t know why orbitz reservation was not showing up:

The HVAC system was inoperative. Woke up the next morning had to call front desk to get it serviced. No coffee maker. Had to go to the office to get one. Microwave was inoperative. The amenities were supposed to be working and in the room. never got room service while we were there. The staff did try to make us as comfortable as possible when they could.

This hotel should have been a fraction of the cost. We paid $64 a night for a hotel room that smelled odd, the bathroom door didnt shut, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom ground, the bed felt like a cinderblock (seriously not an exaggeration, it was only slightly more comfortable than sleeping on the ground, which i tried) and to make matters worse - we were there for 3 nights and never once had any cleaning or new towels (after we used them to mop up the bathroom floor). Very disappointing. I give it 1 out of 5 stars, only because i guess it was better than sleeping in the rental car.

I was given a room that was already occupied. I walked in the room and the TV was on and there was trash and food everywhere - dog toys, too. I'm pretty sure someone was also in the restroom. I quickly shut the door and went to the office. Then they gave me a different room, but the AC barely worked. I gave it a chance and waited for about 30 minutes with it on full blast and it just didn't cool off the hot room at all. I ended up getting a refund and staying elsewhere. Normally, I don't write reviews like this, since I usually give them benefit of the doubt and write it off as a fluke. But when I'm given a room that's already occupied during a COVID-19 pandemic, that's just completely unacceptable. They'd better hope I don't get it and trace it back to them or they will be seeing a lawsuit. I will never stay at any Red Roof Inn again.

The rooms were disgusting. The bedspreads were stained and had burnt holes in them. The room stunk like cigarettes. We got a refund and left.

Front desk associate was not friendly at all. Room was dirty. Long hairs on the sheets and in the sink. Bed was severely dipped and uncomfortable. Bathroom door had "red drippings" running down it...so disgusting!

The bed spreads on both beds were stained and filthy. I asked for them to be changed. Only one was and the new one wasn't much better. I have the pictures to prove what I am saying.

The facility was not up to last year’s standards. There were cigarette burns on the bed spread in a nonsmoking room. I requested another spread which was replaced with yet another one with burn holes.

The room that we got we can clearly tell that they just changed the towel and redo the sheet. Because the bath tub still got some hair on and in it. Toilet has something spot on. The floor is very sticky . In the sink still had some toothpaste stick in it. No trash can in the room. Stain on the bed sheet also cigarette hole. The room smell reallllly bad . I literally put towel on the bed before laying down. Checked in so late so we didnt ask for changing room. Cus we gotta leave early too but horrible experience

I was surprised because the cost was low and what I got was lots more than I expected.

Magnetic key card failed twice, both times requiring a visit way down to the check in desk to gain access. Telephone did not work, clock radio/alarm clock did not work, TV was stuck on a single channel.

When I got there at about 3pm there was a line outside the door waiting to check in. We all waited at least 30 minutes before the desk clerk came back to the front desk. When got to the room there were dead bugs on the sink. Front desk had already told guests there were no extra rooms. Then asked it they had an iron and they said yes but they are all being used. Later in the evening I dropped the remote and the battery rolled under the bed and when I went to get it there was food, bottles and trash under both beds.
