Great place to stay with affordable rate. The staffing and crews were all exceptional. They were working tirelessly to ensure the customers' satisfaction. Starting from the breakfast, which were great. We could not compare with some hotels that we stayed in the past. They total exceeded our expectations.

Avoid if possible!! Check in was smooth but when we got to our assigned room, the deadbolt was locked and we could not gain access. We went back to the front desk where they reprogrammed the key. Our second attempt at gaining access to the room was unsuccessful, again. This time, an employee met us at the room. When they attempted to open the room, the security latch on the inside prevented us from being able to open the door and the employee got on her radio where we overheard her say “someone is in the room and it smells like Fentanyl”. We decided to get a refund and leave as it did not seem like a safe place to stay. The front desk employee was helpful with the refund and they didn’t seem surprised about our experience here.

The customer service was great, Ana the receptionist that helped us with check in was amazing at accommodating our needs. The room was very clean, tv programming was excellent and parking was great. No hassle at all. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
