Newly Built Beautiful Guest House/Casita
Very cute just built all new studio style guest house. It has full kitchen, large bathroom and master closet. There is a laundry room with iron and board. There is a queen size bed and a queen size convertible couchView. The window gives you a view of the swimming pool and the Catalina mountains. The Patio has a Ramada with a comfy sectional, wood burning fire place, 2 gas fire tables, and propane patio heaters. The casita is Perfect for the gem show or any Tucson vacation. It is centrally located and 10 minutes to virtually all significant locations.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a kitchen, and a washing machine.
