Staff was very nice and helpful… I just felt that during the daytime someone should be at the front desk, and not have to ring a bell for them. The room was very comfortable, but I felt they should provide the basics that a hotel provides…lotion and shampoo. The pool was a nice and clean and able to be used, but not the hot tub. Overall, though, I would stay :-)

We took a loss on this. The property is older & to be honest a bit on the shady looking side & in more of an industrial area. We tried to stay positive but whatever they used to clean the rooms with was very strong & making my throat burn and eyes water so we ended up staying somewhere else. This is clearly a live-in hotel as some of the places were very warn and old looking. There was a hole in one of these windows with signs of aging telling me it had been there a while. Our room was aged but in good condition. Water was not hot but aside from that I have no complaints about the room or the staff. Staff were kind.

Parking was easy. Beds were clean and comfortable. You can tell there was a recent upgrade on the interior of the rooms, but the flooring was not. Carpets were stained and the flooring in the walking areas was just dirty and felt grimy underfoot. Outside of tidy, but you can tell the property is just outdated.

We reserved our room because there was a special on Hotels.com. We were visiting family and just wanted a safe, clean room to stay in. It was well worth it. It was not a five star hotel, nor did we expect it to be. The staff was very helpful and we will go there again. They are still upgrading the hotel, so be patient. They are doing everything they can to improve and we appreciated their transparency and effort.
