Good location. Right off main street. Friendly front desk.

I liked the investment they made to update and keep the place clean to give us a better service. Thank you and God bless you.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the University of Arizona and 4th Avenue.

Very clean and updated. Reasonable price and close to U of A. Breakfast is OK, but handy to grab and go. I would stay again.

I have never been as disappointed in a hotel as this property. The location was sketchy at best. The grounds were unimpressive. The amenities were nonexistent. The price was twice what it should have been. I will never consider this hotel again, and not only not recommend to others, but steer them away from it.

Left with bug bites all over. Not clean at all. Would not recommend

The suite has 4 beds which is definitely a plus. The receptionist, however, was a mess.

No disappointment with the reception and the room, only complaint could start continental breakfast sooner than 7:am.

Pretty basic room. Very clean and relatively quiet. Across from a park that seemed to have a lot of homeless hanging out. Really could use some work on the "continental breakfast". This is an old motel that could use some major updating to make it competitive with other newer "brand" name hotels in the area of the University of Arizona.

My trip to Tucson was for a graduation, I enjoyed the stay will recommend to friends and family.

The location is convenience to close to freeway. The facility is OK. The breakfast is limited food.

Hotel staff was unfriendly and not the most helpful.

Room was of a good size, but air conditioning was not working correctly, so incredibly hot, which made sleeping very difficult

If you want a no fuss motel that has a friendly staff, is reasonably priced, and close to the University, this is the place. The location is also very central and a good place from which to check out Tucson and its environs.

Excellent facility for the price, clean & neat, convenient to Tucson locations, nice continental breakfast, and the family owner/managers are very nice. Well done University Inn!! We stay here every time we're in Tucson, AZ & we will be back to see you next month.

Room was dirty. There was a fight between a patron and the manager in progress when I was checking in. I was ignored for awhile until they took their argument outside. I had children with me and I did not appreciate the language. The next day the staff accused me of smoking in my room when I have never smoked a day in my life. Its in a great location but I would never go there again.

We stayed for five days to visit with family and attend a graduation ceremony at the University of Arizona. We chose the University Inn due to it's convenient location and price. The room was clean and well maintained. It had a large mini-refrigerator, a small microwave, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. There were plenty of towels provided and soap and shampoo packets. A continental breakfast was provided each morning with a nice selection of items. The queen size beds were very comfortable, as compared to other discount chains we've experienced. The toilet is low and the seat small for large sized people (6 foot, 250 pounds). The nearby streets are noisy. Trains can be heard in the distance, but both are tolerable. The staff was pleasant. There is a year-round swimming pool, but we didn't use it due to cool weather.
