The entire staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us

The room was clean and spacious. The fitness room and pool area were close by and fun.

Excellent customer service. Very flexible, attentive, and accommodating. Restaurant was excellent and the pool being available from 6am-11pn was very helpful.

Staff was great and friendly. Very accommodating. Ryan at the front desk and the waitress at lunch Saturday were great. The building is dated though. Noisy room, with noise from the parking lot as well as rooms next to us and above us. The room itself needed a makeover. Bit past it’s prime. Quesadilla was fried(!), made for a globby mess. Morning coffee was a let down.

Casita is huge and comfortable. Located in the rear of the property, it is nice and quiet.

Great location and excellent concierge services. Delicious cookies at check-in!

Room was dirty. Floor was filthy Room had ants and dusty. Housekeeping never brought clean glasses. Did not leave coffee cups nor coffee packets for the next day. Left same trash on counter next to dirty glasses. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

Booked a room with shower tub combo and didn't get it.. Only a shower..😞

Probably one of the better value options in Tucson, but that's not saying much. Housekeeping was very noisy, vacuuming all morning/early afternoon and talking amongst themselves. Rooms were tidy but aging, in need of an update. Wifi was pretty terrible in the hotel wings that extend around the pool/courtyard from the tower. The tower wifi was better but the rooms were noisier. Staff were kind, offering us $25 at the hotel cantina to make up for the fact that we changed rooms 3 times looking for something that was both quiet and had decent wifi. Note also that the hotel is not across from Reid Park proper, but rather across from a fenced-off golf course -- long walk or drive to reach the part of the park where you can actually enjoy a nice walk.

I liked our room. The heating/cooling system was very responsive and the bathroom was nice! The Javelina Cantina was awesome - we went there several times during our stay. The only issue was the parking lot gates. They were supposed to be open from 8am to 6pm, but were closed in the middle of the day every time we tried to come and go from our room. Aside from the gates, I liked the hotel very much. Cactus Rose has great breakfast options as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my country fried steak breakfast!

Too open; not fenced. I wasn't expecting to be all in the open. Anybody can walk up to your room if they want to.

Staff was very friendly...Pool was clean and very nice
