I liked our room. The heating/cooling system was very responsive and the bathroom was nice! The Javelina Cantina was awesome - we went there several times during our stay. The only issue was the parking lot gates. They were supposed to be open from 8am to 6pm, but were closed in the middle of the day every time we tried to come and go from our room. Aside from the gates, I liked the hotel very much. Cactus Rose has great breakfast options as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my country fried steak breakfast!

Too open; not fenced. I wasn't expecting to be all in the open. Anybody can walk up to your room if they want to.

Staff was very friendly...Pool was clean and very nice

This hotel was very nice. I had no issues checking in and they even had nice warm cookies for is at check in. A very nice touch. They employees were very helpful and helped me bring my stuff upstairs. Awesome and super friendly. The room was cool and very clean! Would definitely use this hotel again when traveling in this area.

Good location with respect to University of Arizona. Rooms were old looking, but clean. Very good service. Amenities were good.

Clean hotel about 3 miles from U of Arizona. Great value for money

Greay stay, location was great, room was wonderful. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was that housekeeping came knocking at 8:00 in the morning.

the stay was nice price was reasonable normally i look for hotels that offer breakfast. If it were offered here it would be a definite plus i would stay here every time i visit which is monthly.

Older facility, staff very helpful, breakfast bruch on patio very nice touch, lounge area very relaxing.

There were a few glitches however the staff was really nice and friendly!

Had a great time!!! The stay was comfortable and the rooms were amazing.

Some of the towels in the room were dingy white. If the towels are starting to get dingy, just replace them. It's a Hilton! That was a low point, which is a big one. It was a little gross.

Not so good. Although the room looks clean and the staff is super nice, that is not enough to overcome the fact that the shower does not work. As in it was easier to use a glass and pour water over my head while I stood in the tub than to try and get clean under the dribble of water from the shower head. I must wonder how the housekeeper cleans the tub/shower area if there isn't any running water in the tub? And speaking of housekeeping, there was dried food on the desk area, where apparently a previous guest had spilled something while they ate. Add that to the dirty water glasses and it all adds up to a filthy hotel room.

This was a standard DD hotel. Worked well for our needs.

Nothing to exciting but the staff was nice and the rooms clean.

We are ardent U of A fans and try hard to never miss a game. The Double Tree is near enough to campus to make it convenient, but far enough away to leave the noise and traffic behind. The rooms are super comfortable and the beds are to die for! The staff is wonderful about accommodating special requests and, of course, there are warm chocolate chip cookies upon check in!

We stayed the evening and had a great stay. Room was very clean and staff was friendly. Hot tub & pool are very nice.

Great hotel for the price. Randolph golf complex just across the street.

The Double Tree by Reid Park is a very good hotel with a great location, solid immenities and an amazing group of people working there. The Hotel bar had the single best bartenders I've seen in a long time that were personable, mixed drinks will and knew exactly how to make everyone smiling.

We love this hotel for a weekend getaway. Itks close to everything but quiet enough to escape.
